WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Each piece is carefully prepared before shipping. Orders are typically ready and shipped within 5-7 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.


WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, depending on the destination and service availability. This helps us provide reliable and efficient delivery.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We ship from the USA. After your order is prepared, delivery typically takes:

  • USA: 2-5 business days

Estimated delivery time: 7-12 business days (including preparation and shipping)

At checkout, shipping methods may show estimated transit times (such as “3-5 business days”), which reflect carrier delivery time after your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery timeframes may vary depending on location, holidays, or weather conditions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.


LOCAL DELIVERY (SELECT AREAS ONLY)
Local delivery is available for select items, such as our Vertical Sign Base.

Delivery is scheduled once your order is ready and is typically completed within 7-10 business days from the time of purchase.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We appreciate your interest and hope to expand in the future.


I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ORDER
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at wegotyou@printhawscreations.com and include your order number. We’ll be happy to assist.

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local USPS/UPS branch. Once an item is marked as delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for its location, but we’re here to help guide you through next steps.
